The hotel is good, especially its location surrounding by shops, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Also the receptionists are very friendly..

Really nice cheap place to stay. My room was comfortable and clean. Great location. 10 minute walk to the beach. Shops and eating places close-by. The hotel has its own restaurant and cafe that serves food, snacks and Mint tea. Would stay again.

Bed bugs bit me everywhere!!! I even brought them to the next hostel, where they moved inside, I had to clean all my clothes to avoid to bring them home! The place is a shit, don’t go there. The bathroom was like in a horror movie, rusty and disgusting, I wouldn’t let people inside. The warm water came after 20 minutes, luckily I realized this, but first night I had a cold shower..

Price and friendly staff

Great location, close to shops and restaurants and tourist area. Amazing view from rooftop, staff were really friendly and helpful, there is a nice cafe inside hotel too for morning snacks. Great value! I read another review about hot water not working but mine worked fine!

That I didn't stay here for more than one night. That the weather outside was nice. That no earthquake struck while I was sleeping. That a stay here has helped keep me humble.

Superb location close to the beach and buses, spacious room with a balcony

This is a very weird and wonderful place that really grew on me. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the terrace and outside area is a lovely place to spend afternoons and evenings and the price is right! I will return here, great comfortable atmosphere!!

The room was nicer than I anticipated. Bed comfy, Clean. Hot shower would have been good. Wifi fine. TV had no signal. No great loss. It's a block S from the terminus of the airport bus so easy to find and a good location. Nice spot. In times past, it may have been a fine hotel.

My expectations were, as a result, tempered, calibrated to the promises that such an establishment inherently makes. Yet, what unfolded was a tableau of contrasts that warrants a reflective exploration. On arrival, one is met with the façade of Les Palmiers, which, despite its simplicity, retains a certain charm emblematic of its regional character. The lobby, though unpretentious, is punctuated by a warmth and earnestness exuded by the staff. They navigate the art of hospitality with a congeniality that speaks to the heart more profoundly than opulent trimmings could achieve. The accommodations, predictably Spartan, adhered to the austerity of a thrifty traveler’s expectations. A bed, functional and firm; a window, welcoming the golden Moroccan sun; each element of the room curates a symphony of subtlety, a hymn to minimalism. However, it is within the confines of the en-suite bathroom that a philosophical chasm manifests—a testament to neglect standing in stark opposition to the remainder of the hotel’s offerings. The lavatory, the crucible of personal sanitation and solace, was in a state of disrepair that transcended mere imperfection. It was, quite candidly, in a deplorable condition. The surfaces, etched with the patina of erstwhile use and bearing an odious scent, demanded from me a more imaginative form of ablution rather than endure its purported utility. It is here that I implore the proprietors: a fresh coat of paint is not merely cosmetic; it is an act of respect, an acknowledgement of the sanctity of cleanliness—a notion surely not lost even on the most budget-conscious travelers.
